In partnership with Rady Children's Hospital, SDCOE is hosting a series of free webinars to help families through mental health struggles in young people. The next date in the series is Feb. 28, 2023. All sessions are from 6 to 7 p.m.
The four-part webinar series begins at 6 p.m. Jan. 31 on the topic of eating disorders, how to spot the signs, and model healthy eating and body image. Parents, caregivers, and family members from across San Diego County are encouraged to attend. Registration is required to receive the link to join. Spanish interpretation will be available for every session.
