WASC Accreditation
WASC (Western Association of Schools and Colleges) is an academic body responsible for the accreditation of schools. To learn more about the WASC process, please visit the WASC website.
During the 2025-26 school year, CCA worked with all stakeholders to assess its programs and impacts on student learning with respect to the ACS WASC criteria/indicators and finalized a complete self-study report. In March 2026, a WASC committee visited CCA, gathered evidence and feedback, and provided CCA with a report. In April 2026, CCA received the decision of the Commission to grant six-year accreditation status through June 30, 2032, with a mid-cycle visit during the 2028-2029 school year.
