Class of 2020 Car Parade

Friday June 12, 2020, more details to follow soon!

We are encouraging you and your family to add to the fun and festive atmosphere by decorating your car and creating a poster to display.

Class of 2020 Documentary

Canyon Crest Academy is excited to share a unique opportunity for our seniors to collaborate and feature in a documentary film project dedicated to our Graduating Seniors! Filmmaker and CCA Alum Jason Segal will be compiling submissions from current students into a professional product that will be made available to all graduates on June 12th. If you submit according to the guidelines outlined in the form you received in an email, you WILL BE included in the documentary. This does not replace any other end-of-the-year film or art projects currently underway from our students or teachers, rather it will be a supplement to our other celebrations, that reflects the best our school has to offer: passion, creativity, resilience, and gratitude. We hope you participate!

Caps & Gowns

On June 3rd-5th, Seniors are invited to come to campus to collect their cap and gown, return textbooks, and drop off an optional senior poster for the parade. In order to follow social distancing guidelines, please come during your assigned alpha group. You may enter campus through the gates on Edgewood Bend and park in the student parking lot. You will then walk down the back road of school and in through the doors of the gym. Staff will be present to ensure CDC social distancing guidelines are followed. Please make sure you wear a mask and gloves or you will not be able to enter the gym.

The determination is based on each senior's grade point average at the end of the Fall Term. If your student qualifies they will be notified and awarded an academic honor cord to wear at graduation.
