Transcript Requests for Current CCA Students

Transcript Requests for Current CCA Students

Unofficial grades/records can be printed from Aeries portal for personal use by students/parents.

The school transcript record may only be ordered via the school registrar. The high school transcript is a permanent record that contains the following: Personal information (grade level, birthdate, parent/guardian name, phone number, address, enrollment date); Course information (courses completed and in progress, grades earned, cumulative GPA, date of course completion, credits earned, notations of course level such as Honors, Advanced Placement, College Preparatory).

The transcript record contains confidential information that can only be disclosed with the permission of the educational rights holder - a parent/guardian or student 18 years of age or older.  Students younger than 18 require the permission of a parent/guardian to release transcripts.  Parents cannot request a transcript if a student is a graduate and/or over 18 years of age.

Transcript Requests during the school year:
  • Any transcript release requires the registrar to have a  Transcript Request form signed by the Educational Rights Holder (parent/guardian or 18 years or older student) on file. Students must pick them up with ID, cannot be emailed.
  • Parchment electronic transcript option - for a nominal convenience fee, the Parchment online transcript request platform may be used to receive the transcript electronically.  All transcripts are processed during the registrar's hours. This service is fast and may be sent directly to the participating institution of your choice. Parchment DOES have an Unofficial SelfView option for a small fee.

Student Transcripts submitted by a counselor or teacher to an institution, program or on behalf of the student or to accompany a letter of recommendation or application, a FERPA-Compliant Permission to Release Records/Information Form signed by the Educational Rights Holder (parent/guardian or adult student) on file giving permission with that teacher or counselor staff name must be on file and held by the counselor or teacher.

NCAA/NAIA: To request a transcript be sent to the NCAA/NAIA Eligibility Center, students can use Parchment online transcript service or in person from the Registrar's Office. The NCAA requires that you send separate transcripts for coursework taken at another school or for any course that you took off campus. If you attended another school within SDUHSD, you do NOT need to send a separate transcript.

Transcript Requests during Summer:
Transcript may be ordered from the registrar (ccaregistrar@sduhsd.net) during summer office hours or the Parchment electronic transcript option is available.
