Official transcripts:
Current CCA students have several options to request official transcripts
  1. Order in person during the Registrar's hours using a transcript request form. Official transcripts are usually completed within 24-48 hours. Due to the current COVID-19 situation, this option has been suspended indefinitely.
  2. Use Parchment online transcript service during registrar's hours. This service does require a fee. Here is how Parchment works!
  3. SENIORS requiring official transcripts for college applications:
  • Common Application For colleges using the Online Common Application, follow the process to request transcripts from your counselor along with the required School Report and counselor letter of recommendation.
  • Non-Common App applications, which require a paper form to accompany official transcripts, can be ordered in person from the Registrar. Please provide the required college forms with an addressed, stamped envelope with no return address.  The transcript request form must also be signed by a parent, unless the Student is 18 years of age. transcript request form If you are a Senior requesting your FINAL Transcript for Colleges, do not use this form.  Use this one!
  • For all other transcripts, students can opt to order online via Parchment. Please note: AP exam and college entrance exam scores are not posted on the SDUHSD transcript and must be ordered directly from College Board or ACT.  We do not keep copies of these Exams.
If you are not currently a CCA student, please use the Parchment online transcript service. Here is how Parchment works!

Important Info for 12th Grade Students and Parents

Important Info for 12th Grade Students and Parents

During Raven Readiness days you were asked to complete the following forms
  1. Cal Grant GPA Verification. If you did not complete and turn in these forms, CCA will not be able to report your GPA to the State of California for grant purposes. If you are not sure you correctly completed the form, you can stop by the Registrar's office and check the Cal Grant Book. This information is provided electronically to the State and cannot be released without the form.
  2. Legal Name for Diploma. Not sure you turned it in? Stop by the Registrar's office and check the Diploma book.
Senior Checkout:
1. Be sure to fill out the “FINAL TRANSCRIPT REQUEST form for options for sending your final transcript to your college.
2. You may also choose to send your final transcript via Parchment. Parchment is an online service that will send your transcript electronically, to your college of choice.  Please refer to this link to see how it works! For $3.95, it tracks all activity through the transcript process.  Make sure your school will accept transcripts electronically via Parchment.  90% of colleges accept it, and use this service. To find out if your college accepts Parchment, check the admissions webpage for your college, or call your college representative.  It guarantees an email receipt, so you don’t need to worry about mail being lost, etc. Prior to the posting of Q4 grades, be sure to “Hold for Grades” so your transcript is not sent as an incomplete.  Q4 grades will post June 17, 2020.
3. You may also choose the mail option.  When filling out the online FINAL TRANSCRIPT REQUEST form, be sure to include the complete address of the Admissions Office, so it arrives in the right place. You should also make sure the office is receiving transcripts by mail.  Most are encouraging the online service.

Off Campus Courses

Off Campus Courses

If a student wants a course taken off campus posted on the CCA transcript, an Off Campus Course Permission form must be completed and approved before the student enrolls in the course. Specific procedures and forms are available on the Off Campus Course page. Off campus courses will not be posted on the CCA transcript unless SDUHSD procedures are followed.
If your off-campus school requires a copy of the signed, off-campus form, you must bring two copies of the form to your Counselor.  We will not make copies (i.e. Hua Xia Chinese School).

All off campus courses must be completed and official transcripts provided to the registrar by May 31st to be posted on the CCA transcript by the end of the school year. All transcripts received after May 31st will be posted to student transcripts the following school year.
