Please let the Health Technician know if your student has a life-threatening illness such as diabetes, seizure disorders, or severe allergies (bees/food). We want to be prepared to provide safe care for your student(s). Please be advised that there are no emergency medications at the school; parents are responsible for providing emergency medications including, Epipens, Benadryl (or other), insulin, Baqsimi and Valtoco. If no supplies are provided for your student, we will call 911 whenever there is a concern.

- After vomiting or diarrhea has stopped
- After starting antibiotics, including those for eye and skin infections

Emergency Contacts:
Emergency Information is kept in the Health Office and on the computer, that allows us to contact you in case of an emergency or illness. Please feel free anytime to contact the Health Office with updated information. It is very important to have current phone numbers. We ask parents to update contact and medical information if it changes throughout the year.
For the safety of students, the school will not release a student to a person who is not listed on their Emergency Card. Photo ID of the person to whom the student is released may be required. If for some reason, an individual is authorized by you to pick up your student, please phone the health office in advance and provide the school with all the pertinent information.
