Start Smart/Parking Permits
CCA PARKING PERMITS ARE REQUIRED for the 2022 / 2023 School Year.
Start SMART
Start SMART
CCA students who drive to school and plan to park in our designated student parking lots must attend a mandatory Start Smart Class. Students are only required to take the course one time during their high school career. Students must sign up for the class through CCAStartSmart@gmail.com. Note: A parent or guardian must attend the class with their student.
The Start Smart program is a free two-hour course that provides teen drivers and their parents with an opportunity to understand their responsibilities when a teen starts to drive. A California Highway Patrol Officer teaches this course. The objective of the course is to create awareness of possible consequences, both financial and physical, of distracted or impaired driving and provides applicable information about collision prevention.
