Thank you to everyone who participated in our first-ever all-digital Raven Readiness process. We are grateful that so many of you actively completed the data confirmation process, reviewed your schedules, and ordered items from the ASB store. Raven Readiness Support Days concluded on Monday, August 17th. If you have not yet completed Raven Readiness, please review the Presentation posted below.  We will be spending the next few days preparing for the start of the school year and hope you enjoy your last few days of summer.
 
Please review the following  reminders and updates before school starts on August 25th: 
 
All students should check their SDUHSD email accounts on August 24th for invitations from their teachers to their Google Classrooms.  Students should check to ensure that they can log-in to each class prior to the first day of school. Please visit the Student and Parent Tech Hub for technology resources, information and support.
 
All students are expected to check in to their Google Classrooms on the first day of school following our CCA Distance Learning Schedule
 
CCA administration will hold a Community LiveStream with Principal Killeen on August 21st at 9am with detailed information on Distance Learning for the 1st Quarter.
Tentative schedules in Aeries will not be viewable for the remainder of the week as Counselors work towards balancing the master schedule and ensuring all CCA students have schedules. Please note that until the first day of school, students’ teachers, periods, and terms are subject to change. Students should check their schedules in Aeries on August 24 to prepare for the start of school. If you need to speak to a counselor to add or drop a course, you will need to do so during the Add/Drop window which begins the first day of school. Instructions for how to add or drop a course will be posted on the Counseling website.
 
We will be distributing textbooks and other items August 27th- September 1st. Click here for more details.
 
The CCA Webstore will be open for orders until August 26th. It will temporarily shut down so that we can distribute items to students along with their textbooks at distribution days. It will reopen on September 2nd.

Freshman Parents: The PALs program at CCA wants to help make the transition from middle school to high school successful. PALs have designed events for Freshman Welcome Week which will be held every single day of the first week of school after 4th period. An email will be sent to your students email accounts with information. Please remind your students to check their emails for their invitation.
 
We look forward to ‘seeing’ everyone on the first day of school!

Online Student Data Confirmation - Parent Action Required

Prior to the start of each school year parents need to verify and update information, for each child, on the Aeries Parent Portal. During the data confirmation process, please review, verify and complete each section and make changes to the information when necessary. Please log in to complete your data confirmation selections at your earliest convenience prior to the start of the school year. Detailed Instructions to update information on your parent portal can be found in both English and Spanish at my.sduhsd.net.

 

Aeries Passwords:  Emails from the Aeries system were sent with a link to change your password on June 30, 2020. Please follow the instructions in the email. It's necessary to change your password prior to Data Confirmation.  If you have any questions or issues please email info@sduhsd.net
 

Aeries Accounts:  To complete data confirmation, please visit Aeries Parent Portal
