Social Science Course Profiles

To graduate from CCA, all students must earn a grade of D or higher in World History (grade 10), U.S. History (grade 11), and American Government/Economics (grade 12).  American Government and Economics are both 9-week courses, and they are taken together in one term.  Students may take electives at any time, provided that the elective is offered at their grade level.
To apply to most four-year colleges, students must earn a C or higher in World History and U.S. History and Government.
