Science Course Profiles

To graduate from CCA, all students must earn a passing grade in ten credits of a life science and ten credits of a physical science.
To apply to most four-year colleges, students must earn a "C" or higher in at least two laboratory sciences; most require biology and chemistry and/or physics.   Students may take one or two science courses per year, one each term, but prerequisites and department recommendations should be noted for any science course.
